Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3–7 business days after payment is received. Orders are not shipped  on weekends or holidays.

Since many of our products are freshly prepared to ensure quality and freshness, processing times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, and seasonal demand.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Standard Ground Shipping: $8.00

Estimated delivery time after shipment:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this information to track the status of your shipment.

We currently ship within the United States only.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Desi N Desi Foods is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Orders

If your package arrives damaged, contains incorrect items, or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at desindesifoods@gmail.com.

Please include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)

We will review the issue and work to provide an appropriate resolution.

Food Product Shipping

Our pickles, karam powders, sweets, snacks, and other homemade food products are carefully packaged to maintain freshness and quality during transit. Upon receiving your order, please inspect the package promptly and store products according to the instructions provided.
