At Desi N Desi Foods, we take great care in preparing and packaging our products to ensure they arrive fresh and in excellent condition.
Due to the perishable nature of our food products, including pickles, spice powders, sweets, snacks, and other edible items, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Once reviewed, we will gladly offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, as appropriate.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
